Software pioneer McAfee says he will testify about murder in Belize

He is a multi-millionaire/billionaire and seriously he wants to claim on his estate for defamation of character, there is more to this story.
McAfee told Reuters he is protected at all times by a security team for fear of being kidnapped and returned to Belize.

Why doesn't he want to go back to Belize if the police say there is no evidence whatsoever - there is more to the story and hopefully the truth will come out. Why flee if you did nothing wrong
