Thanks guys. There is a ton of work involved in this. What I'd really appreciate is if you posted the actual quotes with a link to them. That way I don't have to read through hours of news stories to find them. That would be of great help in this process. So far I've completed two pages of the document - history and funding. Moving along nicely, for now...
 
can you post the document so we can review it possibly add to it ...... the simple delay is .... do not buy the stupid e-tag

I won't allow users to make changes, and this is for a good reason. I'm attempting to work with facts only, and there should only be a single message sent out. If we're to fight this properly, we need to know the facts, and leaving it to community editing and then dissemination allows for unchecked facts to work their way into the document.

It is also far more complex than simply not buying an e-tag. I will show this in the document...

Wouldn't that be huge? It would be 5 pages with some rather small font in some places. How about a teaser one page and then a link?

I love point d). Takes 21-days for them to acknowledge receipt and if it didn't happen, you need to resubmit. I can already see this being an interesting point in a court case when they try to prosecute a person that lodged a dispute. Furthermore, there is a lack of clarity regarding the dispute. If I lodge a dispute and I'm proven wrong, which tariffs will I pay because there is no change that these disputes will be resolved in the 60-days

And this seems a bit...hmmmm...low

During the dispute process;

An SMS notification of the receipt of the Nomination or Representation Forms will be sent to the Applicant.
An SMS notification of the resolution of the dispute will be sent to the Applicant.
No dispute will be considered, once a Final Demand has been issued.
Until such time as the dispute has been processed successfully or, if the dispute is rejected, the Applicant of the dispute is liable for the payment of the toll tariffs.

So if someone lodges a dispute, the person is still liable for the payment. Great. Guilty until innocent.
