I logged in to my client zone and I see a billing error. Sent an email to your billing department yet no response.

Jeff left WA ages ago. WAJustin is the rep now.

Took me 6 days to get my first response from billings - good luck :)

Hi,

Due to the move to our new Billing system there has been a few bugs causing issues that we needed to sort out. Unfortunately these issues has put our Billing team under immense load and has caused a big backlog in tickets.

We have fixed most of these issues and the load on our team should improve. However, I must apologise for the delay in responding to your tickets and I would like to get our team to investigate.

Please PM me your customer code & I will take it from there.
 
Yea, billing is a bit slow to respond but they do respond.

I'm more concerned about the fact I can't view closed tickets
