No cash flow issues at Eskom, says Eskom

They don't have a cash flow problem but they are looking for more money? Huh?! :erm:
 
They blame the shortfall on the "low" (8%) increase allowed but in reality the major issue is that Madupi is still consuming cash and resulting in the need for expensive alternatives, and not generating any returns yet.
 
the reality is that Eskom cannot manage the size investments that are involved on the supply side
