Congestion? Anyone on Telkom Kelvin Exchange 011802, 011656

Is anyone on the Kelvin Exchange?
Would to know if you getting consistent speeds?
What speeds during peak time? And your line speed?

I've been having lots of problems, getting really slow speeds. On 4mb line was only getting 0.60mb-1mb in the evenings. Just wanted to if it is a congested exchange or not..

I also live in Kelvin and have been have been experiencing issues since around the 3'rd week in May. I logged my call with Telkom on the 19'th of May and after many follow-ups finally got called by a technician today. I had to explain my problem all over again, over 500 ms local ping and way below 1 mbps on a 4 mbps line (I am synced at 4 mbps). He basically said it was the Exchange and there is nothing he can do to resolve my issue. So I guess now I have to use an alternative. I am currently looking into moving to BitCo as I have had endless issues with telkom and the Kelvin exchange since the beginning of this year.
