Big bang “breakthrough” evidence may be flawed

How can anyone know how it all happened. None of us were around to see the universe's creation.

The fundament lack of understanding of the scientific method is scary.
How do you know a tree fell over if you weren't around when it happened?

People need to remember that all scientific findings are tentative and probabilistic. Something taken as canon today may be disproven tomorrow. For example we know that Newton's Laws of Physics break down at incredibly small dimensions and when approaching the speed of light. Yet they were thought to hold regardless, before.

Follow the causal chain. Even if there seem to be missing links, we know for sure there really can't be.

Much like I know for sure you had a great-grandfather, though I certainly wasn't there to see him. Make sense?

We can always introduce fudge factors and logical constructs such as "dark matter" if we're not sure.

you can't follow the causal chain to its absolute end - it truly is a Gordian knot that ultimately is best identified by a cause of itself
(or is that God-ian knot ;))
 
So it might appear.
But Aristobulus knew that the two ends of the Gordian Knot were tucked in the centre hole, and it would easily unravel by grasping and pulling the centre-pin ... the same centre-pin on which the causal chain is suspended. ;)

What stopped him were the implications - they were life-changing. He wasn't ready for that.

Perhaps it was Gordias, tyer of the Knot, who told him? A secret whisper, barely distinguishable from an intuition? Perhaps. Perhaps.
 
I think we're gonna need a peer reviewed paper.

Until we see that it is utter nonsense, pure evil and the quintessential enemy of science.
