Worried about my order. Status change from "Not Processed" to some other status. Called their helpdesk (which seem to go to some international call centre); and they indicate that there is new warehouse been built in Johannesburg and the stock has not arrived. But the lady can't tell me if the stock has been dispatched from the source country???? Placed the order on 01/07/2014!!! They claim orders arrive with 4 working days.
 
I think your order is in safe hands. I and many others here have ordered from them before and all turned out great. Just be a bit patient, I'm sure it will come right soon.

What did you order, and can you give us more detail on what the status page says?

It could be a stock problem.

I ordered the Sony Xperia Z1 Compact (and they definitely have stock)

It looks like we might be in the same boat here.

They are reliable though. My first order got here quite quickly. Just had bad luck lately :P

If phoning is a hassle, just email [email protected]. They respond within a day usually.
 
Agreed, you can trust them and I have dealt with them before, I'm also waiting for a product as it's on request status. But no worries, have to just be patient..
 
i spoke with one of the managers at orange in cust service.... they've seen so much business coming from ZA that they've been a bit overrun with orders (up to now, orders shipped from UK), so have experienced some delays.
planning to open a local wh in JHB to ease deliveries...
so things should go better soon
