11:18:28 Mon, Aug 18, 2014 -Construction n accident at Meyersdal Eco estate. Concrete wall / slab fell into some workers. Ambulance and fire brigade on scene - this is the second time this happened, last year a worker was seriously injured! Community members still used car jacks to lift slab off the worker.

Don't buy a house there. Might fall down on you.

I'm gonna guess and say it was the stress caused by that earthquake a few weeks ago?

and probably coupled with not using enough concrete or reinforcement.
What is it with builders these days weakening the concrete mix?

Trying to find out who the builders and developers are.... I have some suspicions.

Looks like an existing property, maybe some renovations and some supporting walls were removed......
