You can put it into bridge maode, however the second time I tried it, it didnt work. Maybe a reset will fix that anyways here is how you do it.

Access the router via your web browser. Address should be //10.0.0.2.
Default Username and Passwrod is "admin".

Now click the "Advanced" tab at the top of screen. Now here is the weird part. The next place to click on the left is "WAN" (Wide area Network) and the click "quickstart". (Basically hover your mouse over WAN. Then three new options should come up. "New Connection" , "Modulation" and "quickstart") "quickstart" is the default name for your connection. You can change it to Home or Office or whatever.

Once you have clicked "quickstart" a new screen appears. At the top of this it says PPPoE Connection Setup. Underneath the heading is the connection "Type" which should be PPPoE. Click the little arrow and change it to Bridge.

Apply your changes(Bottom of the screen).
Save your changes(Top left of the screen).
Then I would try reset the router(Click Restart Router at the top of the screen, do NOT do a hardware reset).

After that setup your connection in windows and you **should** be good to go!

Out of interest what does bridged mode allow you to do?

I own the same router/modem and haven't touched the settings yet. :P

allows you to dial the account from a computer rather than letting the router connect to the internet, like you would do with a dial up 56k ......and allows you to use routesentry :)
