Meh, trying to make their own Mokka using the GM SCCS platform. Not going to offer the same ride and handling as the Gamma II does if you take it off-road. On road it should be brilliant though, SCCS is still very popular for small city cars.

^ 1.4 is turbo petrol; 1.6 is turbo diesel & by nature cost more than petrol.

So the Ignition TV guys road tested the 500x & mention it actually rides better than the Renegade; it's a good car with Italian charm; main obstacle being the pricing.
