A new legal framework for the age of cloud computing

Kind of agree with some of it... Cloud Computing does bring up some very complicated legal issues which do need to be resolved.
 
What's in this for me?

The world wants to resolve things by regulation: giving power to governments, while taking it away from the common man. When my liberty and freedom is betrayed by negligence and intent, and when my enemies are granted safe harbour by the cloud providers, what remedies will I have? As it stands, and by this proposal, no remedy at all. It's all irrelevant then. All that this serves to do is to drive up the cost with no benefit to the common man.
