Is the Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 Ti worth the price?

Amazing card, and if I lived in America or Canada I would buy one. I won't consider it at our local prices though. I've got some money earmarked for my next graphics upgrade, and I have a feeling it's going to be the 390X.
