Same stuff for free? If there was such an option or even a paid one I think it would have been outed here long ago.

Don't really want to defend her rubbish, but she does mention that a stable internet connection is required...It looks like an Android Media player
Its not exactly 100% legal - she doesn't mention requiring Internet for this (not everyone has Internet)
Plus mentions no monthly subscriptions but has Hulu and netflix and i'm assuming what ever DNS service they will be using.
Unfortunately the people she is marketing this for will have issues.
