Telkom Fibre upload

I have had Telkom fibre for a few months and since day 1 I have had 10mb upload. I know there are a couple of people who were getting more from when it was installed though.

However tonight while uploading a file I noticed I was getting faster speeds than normal. So ran a speed test and am getting 25mb upload.

Anyone else had a similar change?
 
Have the same, upload is 25% of download.

Think new installations have this by default, old ones should be moved to it (no idea on timeline).

edit: My upload was 10% at first, then changed to 25%

This is definitely a much needed improvement. Good on Telkom.

Hi Tanka

Do you know if this applies to Telkom clients only, or is it for all ISPs running on the Telkom infrastructure? For instance, if i order fibre through Webafrica will I see a similar improvement?

Whats the point of having fibre if its not symmetrical? :wtf:

Have been havin 25% and I signed up in June on WebAfrica
