If you jailbreak you can get 3D Touch enabled on older devices (64 bit devices only), along with Live Photos.

You get Live Photos yes but you cannot proper 3D Touch as the non-6s devices *dont* have pressure sensitive screen.
You get a makeshift lookalike of 3D Touch.
Nevertheless it's mostly good a iOS 9 JB is out.
You don't need a pressure sensitive screen. Most of the current implementations are close enough to the real deal, and the next versions will be even better (they will detect the finger imprint getting bigger meaning a harder press).
Go play with RevealMenu or Forcy or UniversalActivator and you'll see they are really really good for first versions.
I watched the vid from Jeff at IDB on the JB's take on 3D Touch (Forcy); it was not too shabby but not the real deal.
Let's see how better in gets in the next versions despite the lack of necessary hardware at play.
