Does that work on a Opel Corsa C?

@airborne if its OBDII compliant, then yes.
Cars made after the year 2000 are OBDII compliant, so check your car manual to be 100% certain.

What can all be done with that car scanner? Is there an SDK that comes with it?

@CamiKaze it is used to get information from the sensors in the car(and various other info) and to clear any error codes the sensors are displaying.

The Bluetooth ones connect to apps on phone and PC and allow one to check functioning of the engine as measured/recorded by the vehicle's on-board computer.
That one looks like a USB scanner - so I guess it will only link up to a laptop.

I'm on the fence, an in law made the mistake of buying a chinese one that doesn't work.

I wanted to confirm the functionality as I am interested in writing my own software for the device.

I don't think it comes with a sdk, but will check the Cd it comes with.
The device works, have tried it out on several cars. Reason for selling is that it doesn't work on my car.
