Asus RT-AC5300 "alien spider" router review

But how much does it cost?
Couldn't find the price in the article... or maybe I'm blind?
 
Going by the dollar price it'll be around R7000-8000 locally.
 
And who has ever actually used more than say half of that speed anyway?
 
All well and good unless you live in an area with lots of other Wi-Fi networks.

Then it becomes a Lambo stuck in rush hour traffic.
 
Isn't it the RT-AC5300 not the RC-AC5300; At least that's what the ASUS site says (and the screenshot in the article)
 
Finally, the media are admitting we're using ancient-alien trap technology.

I presume the alien spider is sitting on the grass to ensure us that the invaders are environmentally friendly?
