Vodacom, Cell C and Telkom ditch Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman

No surprises here. The NCC and ICASA are both toothless and incompetent. Why would anyone want to deal with the Consumer Protection Ombudsman when they can deal with the other two and continue to abuse the public.
