His fine should be R1.5m

Velaphi Khumalo took to social media and posted that he wanted to “clean” South Africa of all white people using the most vile language.

He was never a student at the university, just some random guy causing problems.

Uhm, yeah, I’m leading by a question. Why did the ANC (or DA) not take the individual which stated that all the whites should be killed to court, or why did the HRC not yet conclude with their investigation?

There was another case where an UCT student was wearing a shirt, which had a message to kill all the whites written on it. He was reported to the HRC, and UCT prompted an investigation. Nothing...
