MTN hits back at Black Management Forum about its white CEO

So what has BMF done about the lack of education, where leadership is developed(mostly you are born a manager etc...) and knowledge to be a leader or in this case a CEO? Anyone?
 
BMF can go suck a ... bunch of racists disguised as "Transformation" same reason the IRB should ban the Spingboks from international rugby.

In terms of By-Law 3 of the IRB rules and regulations, the IRB is compelled to prevent any form of racial discrimination in rugby. IRB Regulation 20 also stipulates that any action which may be construed as racial discrimination will be regarded as misconduct. In terms of By-Law 7, not only SARU is subject to the above; the provincial rugby unions resorting under SARU must adhere to these principles as well. In terms of By-Law 9.4(r) the IRB may institute disciplinary steps against any rugby body that violates these rules.

Just tell the BMF to go F%$k themselves; a bunch of self righteous individuals who couldn't organize a p@ss up in a brewery!

Stupid question. In case you haven't noticed - the color of his skin is white! It is not racial discrimination. It is Affirmative Action. R13... will clarify it for you to heavens and back.
 
So no matter if this person has put in the time and effort to work his way up the ladder, he should not be rewarded with the position that is reserved for tenderpreneurs who think their only duty is to sometimes attend board meetings and letting their subordinates do all the work?
 
How that racist organisation still exists is beyond me.

Has anyone tried creating a White Management Forum already? They could totally kick out black journalists then. No doubt half of SA would be screaming bloody murder. Yet somehow BMF is acceptable...
