But what was he thinking in the first place? I saw an interview with him I think it was last year. He was so positive and with so many ideals.

Yes, I understand that technically, but I know that when you choose a courier such as DHL or FedEx you'll find yourself paying an extra $50. So however they manage to hide the entire postal cost for "free" in a $5 item, kudos to them, but it isn't going to be done with the private carriers.

At least get someone to do car vehicle license renewals. The current process is a nightmare
 
You can't fix decades of decline in 18 months... Give it some more time...
