Calls for human rights commission probe into Facebook beach rant

While this is fair. I've never seen the Human Rights council 'investigate' facebook post where people call for slaughter of all whites. Or when a president sings 'kill the boer'. The double standards in this country is getting silly
 
someones human rights were violated because they read something?

They should investigate those prior to handling the beach rant...
 
Or what really should happen is that they say this is a colossal waste of our time and not a violation of anyone's rights.

Perhaps you can send a mail to that race-neutral, eternal defender of human rights body that is Afri-forum? Surely, they would take it to human rights council?

erm... all you have to do is lodge a complaint with them and they will investigate.

I have done so in relation to a statement Malema made a long while ago, and after nearly a year I got a response back that they don't deem it racist.

I guess it just doesn't make it to the news when black people get huge fines for inciting racial violence. It's just not as newsworthy as old white women getting large fines for calling black people monkeys.
