Paying a fine. Caught on the Autobahn.

I was caught speeding, on the Autobahn outside Dusseldorf. Might even be a place called Moers, the fine is in German. HTF do I pay it? There does not seem to be an email or www on it??

You need to go back to Germany and plead your case in German to a prosecutor in Dusseldorf.
 
There should be IBAN and BIC codes on the fine.
International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and Bank Identifier Code (BIC).

Whoever owned the car is paying for it.
 
It was in a rental Opel, so I guess I am being fined for obstructing traffic? Was doing 64,378km/h.

Yup. Between on and offramps, when the autobahn goes close by residential areas and danger spots. This was as we were taking the offramp, coming from Holland. I saw the ****er, but then it was too late. Thing the speed limit there was 60km/h
