Beware of Post Office customs parcel delivery scam

Ai - the post office. If it is one organization that can be used for a front it is it. Nobody knows what is going on. Everybody expects it to be broken. Look at their website - secured by a certificate they issued themselves - untrusted by all major browsers.. And then they think they can actually advertise themselves as a Certificate Authority?
 
...... and wanted to distribute grants. What a fest that would've been.
