New Raspberry Pi competitor launched – NanoPi Neo Plus2

Is there expandable storage as well, or is it just onboard eMMC?
 
Beefy little thing, especially at that price. Kinda want one, not that I have a use for it.

RK3328 / 1GB/2GB/4GB at $25,$35,$45. Supports USB3 and has the HDMI port, lacks onboard eMMC but does have a slot.
Requires a awkward psu add $6.99. $35.00 flat rate shipping to SA so single quantities no good.

All 3 overlaps and complements the others , RPi for software/community/Mediabox, NanoPi Neo Plus2 for IoT, ROCK64 for more power, OpenCV, NAS.

And don't forget good-ol' O-Droid, which has at least been around a lot longer than any of the others except RPi itself, and has official Android support. (Well, AOSP).

Why would you buy this one? Get the Pi 3 B+ instead, gigabit ethernet (USB 2.0 limited though), 802.11ac support and higher clocks for ~$39/R557.90.
