Google’s Trusted Contacts app now on iOS

Isn't there something like this that facebook also introduced?

Facebook has a feature built in that if you're in a location where some news worthy event (which could affect your safety) happened it asks you to confirm you're all right/share with everyone.
I have gotten it before.
