Got this a few months ago to accompany a tablet that was supposed to arrive. Since plans have changed and the tablet seems to be AWOL, I'm selling this off to fund other projects and plans. It's never been used and brand spanking new:

There's no such thing as a stupid question, dude. I haven't tested it, but it seems like you can use it on a computer, yes. You'll have to provide your own BT dongle though, doesn't seem like it comes with it's own. There's Windows drivers for it and everything.

Aaaand, it my laptop has bluetooth?

If the laptop has BT, I'm sure it'll work Check the link - there is a review or two that states use on PC.
