Best mobile broadband option for holiday?

What's the best value for money option for internet access whilst on holiday? I'm going to Plett for a week and my friend's place doesn't have wifi or anything. Needing at least 50GB for us to watch Netflix on rainy days. I've already got a 3G router, just need to know the best prepaid plan to organise before we go.
 
Also a question I have. We have for the past few holidays used Afrihost mobile data for our needs but it costs a bit still compared to fixed fibre or ADSL and I would definitely not have enough to stream 50GB worth.

you can get 40 Gigs from vodacom for R399 (they give you a vodafone R216 Mifi Router) or Telkom 80 Gigs for R370 (they give you a Huawei B315-936)
whats the Best Deal from Cell C ?? anyone know

Those are contract deals I think? OP wants pre-paid.

CellC has the big prepaid ones (~100 GB) for about 1500 IIRC.

If you're willing to wait until after midnight and there's Telkom coverage, you can get 500 GB for R50.

yeah well thats all there is then 100 gigs prepaid @Dovi you are going to have look on Gumtree for a LTE router. a dude is selling A Huawei B593 Still Sealed for R1000 its a Huawei B593s-601 Private message ME for his whatsapp his name is WakWanJiwa

Afaik you can get the Telkom deal on month to month but without the router.

Question is if take this deal out end of December, can I use it in January?
