Nexus ISP services migrating to Webafrica

Anyone got a good company to migrate to. I used to love Nexus - just a simple VOIP phone number that we hardly use; I have no idea about webafrica and the fact that you pay R99 for R50 of credit confusing the heck out of me! Sounds like just one big scam.

Who's the best half decent, very cheap VOIP provider out there now?
