Google Pixel will automatically send spam calls to voicemail

All good and well, but the problem arises when a number is marked as spam when it may not be- a little while back I had to send proof of insurance to the bank (not sure why, as the car has been under finance for the last 2.5 odd years, but anyway), which almost didn't happen because every time they called, true caller identified the number as spam and I kept ignoring it. One morning they called while I was in the car and the hands-free kit automatically answers the call (I forgot it does that) and I ended up taking the call even though I didn't want to- lucky me, I guess.

I hate spam calls as much as the next guy, but people should be careful when labeling a number as spam.
 
Thats more to do with the banks using the same call centres for their spam and for valid calls...
 
I just block all calls from people not in my contacts list. If it's a bank or something they can leave a message or send an email.

There are no pure Android One ROMs. Only the Pixel and one Nokia I believe have pure Android. Even lineage OS is somewhat customised, although without bloatware.

Signature edition? Never heard that before. As I understand it, Android One was originally a project by Google for cheap phones with vanilla Android, but now allows for any device running vanilla Android.

Really wish it was more popular. No major manufacturer wants to admit that vanilla Android s**ts on their modified version of it though.
