I was going to send a query a few days ago to DHA, as I saw the link was not secure. I tried https://.... but I get a message saying that it is not secure. I tried contacting the webmaster using my Gmail account but got an error that the IP address was blacklisted, so I stopped trying to contact DHA. they were probably hacked, not too sure.
