A creche principal in the Eastern Cape is awaiting her sentence after being found guilty of biting a 6-year-old boy in her care.

Joyful Noise principal Cindy Reely‚ 45‚ of King William’s Town‚ pleaded guilty and was convicted in the town's magistrate’s court this week of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm back in 2016.

A spokesman for the provincial National Prosecuting Authority (NPA)‚ Tsepo Ndwalaza‚ said the case was postponed to August 16 for a pre-sentencing report.

All bickering aside:

We used to bite our toddlers back if they bit someone. That is the only way they learned not to bite. Obviously not even leaving marks, but they need to realize it's sore. That dealt with the biting pretty quickly.

Achtung Achtung!.. Another outbreak of cannibalism in aisle 4!

How hard was this bite exactly? Did she draw blood? Remove flesh? Or did it not even leave a mark?

"intention to do grievous bodily harm" sounds much more serious than just teaching the brat a lesson.
