Ok, here it is. "NeoPing" version 0.3 Beta. 
Apparently Neotel Disconnects when the PC & Connection is idle.
NeoPing will keep your connection alive with pinging, and keeping your mouse alive as well - this is useful for users that need to keep the connection going for downloads or remote access
It moves the mouse when idle for X amount of seconds, and it pings google after every X amount of seconds. you can change the second values to any value you want and it keeps the setting in the registry so it will remember them too!

NOTE: When you start it up, it automatically minimizes to the systemtray next to your time/etc. you can click on it's icon to open it up, and configure it, etc...
