Hi All,

so I'm serious about buying the Rep BBS CH wheel...

but fitment is not goodie for my car, I"ve got 5x98, the wheel is 5x112...

Will adaptors do the trick?

I would stay away from adaptors and spacers if I were. Having your wheels 100% located and fitted correctly can't be overstated in terms of safety.

any other suggestions then...in order to get them to fit that is

I dont advise it.
Way to many problems, brakes shocks, wheels balancing are all affected.

Just try to find the right wheel size, if you cant look for something else.
Im not sure how much better it looks with 18s but why not try 17s?

Well, talking from experience, I had no problems at all with wheels spacers on my VR6
( with spacers on for approx. 3 years).
Enthusiasts do it all the time, and if it were such a risk, no one would do it.

EDIT: My advise would be to speak to the professional in suspension, ask for Steve 0126538393

Says only good spacers fabricated properly...not R80 ones...

but should'nt be a prob

I would rather fit spacers. If/When you sell the wheel, 5x112 will be suitable for many cars. Also by changing the PCD of the wheel, you might get it back to you looking a bit used.

Both have their advantages...
Im just against spacers... just me I think.

Either have the PCD on the wheels modified or change your wheel hubs on the car to match PCD of the wheels. Fitting spacers is looking for kuk.

Sorry, but you are crazy to fit spacers....get the correct PCD/offset rims or forget the idea!!
