Court deals blow to DOTCO

Thanks for the news. Telkom is a law of its own. :mad:
 
It is important for Dotco to see the other Telkom and ISP contracts to prove that Telkom is acting in bad faith with the November 1 per gig billing system.

I'm holding thumbs as well for Dotco as it is the only viable large cap internet account in SA presently.
 
Quite a high-profile judge. He handled the Staggie and Boesak cases. Interesting. I hope the law can grab Telkom by the short and not so straight ones. I would love to see them put in their place, but we are dealing here with years of institutionalized protective legislation that is going to take some time to untangle. I am hoping for wonders though! Go DotCo!
