I seem to remember a similar post to this before...
Using the vlive apn I can get online free..
First of all, vlive had never worked for me till recently, I was using vlive on my cellphone for the first time a couple of days ago, when I noticed that I could access sites outside of vlive...
So just to test I set my data card to use the vlive apn and voila! it connected...
Just to make sure I downloaded the latest version of my favorite Linux game: BzFlag (approx 10 MB) and sure enough it never cost a cent (albeit very very slow)..
I'm on a prepaid sim-card btw.. and when I initiated the download I was at R2.31.. I'm still on R2.31 (not even enough to down 10MB anyway
)...
Interesting thing is, this is not the same sim-card as my cellphone so it can't just be a fluke...
V3G: You may want to get the vlive guys to check whats going on - but dont' hurry about it
btw V3G, did you recieve my PM recently?
