SPARKLE graphics card: Any opinions?

Hi guys

Can anyone tell me what sparkle graphics cards are like? compared to xfx and to asus gigabyte etc.????

they are a pretty good brand actually :)
they are just as IMO but just not that well known

i had their 7600GS 512MB and it workde top notch :)
 
works exactly the same as the XFX just XFX is pre overclocked..

sparkle are decent just not well known
 
All brands are virtually the exact same card, just with different stickers.

ok so what you think? a ati 3850 256mb ddr3 or geforce 8600gt 512 ddr2? the 3850 kicks the geforce ass on toms hardware??
 
yea but try for the 3850 512 meg

im not sure why resellers have it at 300-400 more than the 256 meg version cause the suppliers there is only a 90 buck difference
 
im gona use it for the odd game, not much and just watching movies, so the 256 should be enough? or not?

where can i get it at a good price i can get the hd3850 256mb for R1680 is that a good price?
 
I got a Sparkle Nvidia Geforce 8600GT 1024MB DDR2 card today. I had a 6600 256MB till now. The graphics quality is really a huge improvement.

Performance rating of 5.6 for 3D Gaming in Vista Ultimate 32bit compared to 3.6 with my old 6600 card.

He had a store opening-special on the 3850's

Another great option will be to buy the 8800GS (arrived in SA yesterday or so) www.computersonly.co.za for roundabout R1900 (384MB, 192bit), which will outperform the 3850.
