This was my question when trying to load airtime on my prepaid sim card.
I mean really, what can be so difficult to load airtime ...
Did load airtime via Internet Banking and assumed that the airtime will automatically appear on my cellphone. Waited a few hours, eventually decided to phone them just to find out if there might be any technical issues. Apparently one has to send them (they first asked me to FAX it)

2. Payment Details
3. Copy of ID
IS this normal process? I just can imagine that this is really the way they work
So yes, I'm finally convinced that VirginMobile's services are the worst and will never have a successful business in SA.
