Has anyone reported a fault on a regular Telkom voice line via https://secure1.telkom.co.za/app/onlinefaultreporting/ and given a cell number as contact?
I did this on 11th. Got an SMS on Fri 14th with the ref number and 'we are working on it'. Two SMSes on morning of 15th. 4 on morning of 16h, 8 on morning of 17th and 16 SMSes this morning. This is outrageous! We have to stop it!
Phoned 10212 and they don't know how to stop this or who to talk to. Any advice please? Any contact numbers?
