Telkom fault reporting - multiple SMSes

Has anyone reported a fault on a regular Telkom voice line via https://secure1.telkom.co.za/app/onlinefaultreporting/ and given a cell number as contact?

I did this on 11th. Got an SMS on Fri 14th with the ref number and 'we are working on it'. Two SMSes on morning of 15th. 4 on morning of 16h, 8 on morning of 17th and 16 SMSes this morning. This is outrageous! We have to stop it!:mad:

Phoned 10212 and they don't know how to stop this or who to talk to. Any advice please? Any contact numbers?:confused:
