How does a guy tell a girl he has an interest in her?

Just a question...

So maybe the guys would give an opinion from their side, and the ladies one from their position...

Case Study:

A girl has broken up with her boyfriend of 2 years, 2 weeks ago. The guy meets her, and when he sees her smile, he feels "funny" (like a donkey kicked him in the area between stomach and chest).

What should this gentle man do?

Slightly "complicated", I know.

Is this guy in your hypothesis now meeting up with the same girl he broke it off with or is this a new girl?

Well there's nothing much that can be done about her situation other than a few months/weeks.

It is forward, yes, but it's the approach that will have to warrant a straight answer from her, and then you know where you stand.
 
It's someone you will love for the rest of your live.
I feel like that with one of my ex bfs its just the way it is.
We will never work to many things said and done but i'll love him forever

If it will work tell her if not leave it ... the one that got away....
 
You just have to be direct and be yourself.

And you (unfortunately) have to come from a place of non-neediness and indifferent to the outcome.

Basically, she or you-getting-her is not going to make you happy. You have to realize that. Only thing is going to make you happy and thats being happy with yourself. You need to be detached from everything else and what you really want will be naturally attracted to you.

So in summary, be indifferent to the outcome, be yourself and most importantly, because she is not the key to your happiness, do not spend too much time and effort in thinking about it and actually talking to her.

You need to see if she fits with you, because you and your personality and beliefs is the important thing here, not her.
 
If you dont buy a ticket, you cant win the Lotto. Go up to her and say hi. Say you really like her (in time), and would you and her like to get together to catch up, or chat .. or something.

Dont jump in feet first, take your time. If she is worth it and has interest in you, things will fall into place.

Ask her out to something less daunting than dinner. Like coffee or lunch.

You can't say the wrong thing to the right person. Go with that.
