To all OpenWeb SAIX account holders

Due to an unforeseen SAIX database crash, the accounts showed inaccurate available bandwidth and stopped functioning.

We've been told it will be resolved shortly (Approx 9am) where after all clients must switch off there routers for 5min and turn them back on.

We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Service has been restored, however, the stats page may still show 0MB Available.

Hi, this service is still not working properly, speeds have dropped to almost nothing. Switching back to my axxess account takes me back up to full speed.

I had exactly the same problem as you. Tried it this morning dead slow however when I swap the DNS to the following on the router speeds were right bang up there hope it helps you out to.

Primary DNS:
196.25.1.11

Secondary DNS:
196.43.1.11

Still very slow international, but local is fine on IS, even with your settings.
