I have been thinking about this for a while now. We have many other threads dedicated to lifestyle, holiday destinations and so forth but we do not have one particularly aimed at supplements and training programs.
So i will post some links to some sites that i have found to be useful for supplement purchases and general information
Please feel free to add stuff and discuss threads here
Online supplement stores:
ABC Nutrition
Performance supplements -Does not render in FF. Have used before. Good service!
Springbok Pharmacy -Normally some of the best prices around.
Fitfuel -Various things.
Supplement World
Eating and lifestyle programs:
Body For Life -
)Hoof-Hearted)
Now some sites with additional information on supplementation and further explanation on certain ingredients:
From Bobybuilding.com
-----Supplements
-----Conditions and Diseases
-----Training Articles
T-Nation - Also for training related information. (Thanks Slayerza)
Powelifting and Strength Training:
Elite FTS _ Some very useful reading on techniques and training methods
Ironmind _ Some great articles on grip strength. * For those with sissy grip and weak hands
*
Westside Training methods - Explained by Louie Simmons
