I don't do MMS, but ginggs insisted in sending one to my iPhone. I expected to be supplied with a web link, which I was, but after launching it in Safari and logging in the picture does not display. I then checked it in firefox from my laptop and it loaded fine (was a .jpg image file)

Yes there are 3rd party apps that do MMS on the iPhone, but my usage does not warrant the cost outlay for the app, besides I see no reason why this cannot work in Safari from the phone itself.

v3g comments?

Edit: bugger I left out the me in the subject, oh well.

Yep I had the same problem.

This is a problem with vodacom4me's site in general, Vodacom should update it to fully support webkit.

Have to say their handling of this is pretty poor.

The link to the legacy site should be a direct link - then having to memorise the username/password would be unnecessary.

BTW - if you want to try an iphone unfriendly site then try banking with FNB. I almost threw the phone out of the window after that exercise in futility.

Yep Safari is great to a point, which is why Apple should allow 3rd party web browsers like Opera, Mozilla, Chrome.

I blame the people who designed the website.

@v3g: Is anything being done about making vodacom4me iPhone friendly?
