Due to a significant increase in Neotel’s customer base, and therefore network usage, we have experienced certain performance fluctuations in specific areas. This has primarily affected data users, excluding voice users, with certain customers experiencing decreased data performance.
Neotel is currently addressing the data speed concern as a top company priority and does realize the current inconvenience and frustration being caused. Steps have already been initiated to resolve the situation, and we hope to make quick progress. Further to this, we are fast-tracking the implementation of new sites in areas where we have identified high usage. We will provide progress updates as they become available.
