I'm too lazy to search if anyone has posted a guide for this ... so here is mine.
Last year I got over enthusiastic on my Guitar Hero II (before I got my wireless guitar) and pulled my ps2 right out of my TV stand. Well it ended up scratching my GHII disk - leaving it unreadable.
So i bought one of those lousy CD/DVD scratch cleaner kits from game... yawn
- what a waste of time. So i searched the net and found these two links...
http://www.mcgee-flutes.com/scratches.html
&
http://www.burningissues.net/how_to/scratchrepair/scratchrepair.htm
Brasso to polish scratches away ... no way!! But what the hell, tried it and it worked!!!! Just beware of the "New formula" brasso. So run a test first on an old stuffed up CD/DVD...
Good luck to you ...
