Do Broadband: capped yet international still working?

Hey guys,

I'm on Do Broadband 2 gig.

I received an email saying that I'm capped and I exeeded the collective threshold, etc, yet my international traffic is still working. See below:

Blended Usage
Uploaded - 221MB or [0.21GB]
Downloaded - 6.43GB
Combined Total - 6.65GB
Percentage used - 221.68%
Status - Capped

Local Usage
Uploaded - 0Bytes or [0.00GB]
Downloaded - 0Bytes or [0.00GB]
Combined Total - 0Bytes or [0.00GB]
Local Bandwidth Allocated - 20.00GB

Please note billing for local usage will commence only once allocated local bandwidth is exceeded. Refer to www.telkomsa.net for per GByte charges.

Total blended bandwidth purchased - 0.00GB

The combined total above indicates that you have exceeded your collective threshold and as a result your username being transferred into our local only bandwidth pool.

Just worried - Telkom won't charge me for the extra international bandwidth, will it?
 
Nope... and there are a lot of people with this issue this month... but you know what? Don't complain... or mention it. Just now Telkom fixes that for you :P

Hehe, wasn't complaining, but makes sense how we should keep it down :D
 
No, they can't charge you for that.

But it will probably count towards your 20GB local, and they can charge you if you use more than that.
 
2nd time this month so far that capped accounts become uncapped again for a while. i'm starting to think that it's not a problem but a ploy.

Maybe this has to do with Rpm's article earlier this week and the fact that they may be preparing us for "things to come"...

OR... they just stuffed up big time and someone is gonna be losing their job!
 
Can anyone confirm if accounts are still slipping through being capped?
 
I got capped a few minutes ago, after downloading 12.4Gb off international. Thanks Telkom!
 
I think they sorted out the problem cause I'm capped as well around 13gigs :)
