Hi there,

I have not been successful in searching for answers, possibly my search criteria.

I wish to use an Axxess 626 account between 6pm and 6am and a normal account during the other hours. I have two different usernames and passwords. I am using a Telkom Mega 200VWR router, connected on a home network of 3 windows machines.

Is there a way to add both connections to the router settings and give each account a time slot or schedule for which to auto connect and disconnect?

Thanks

Nope not possible... unless you find a really hardcore router that would do that.
Setup the router in bridge if it can be done on those things... then create two dialup connections on each pc, one for each account. Then you decide which one to use..

there is a way...

you need to create an awesome batch file!

then use Rasdial (google it) and some timer routines and problem solved... it will take some time to do the 'coding' for it but if you really need it then i'm sure you can give it a go

edit: oh your router needs to be in bridge mode and one of the connections must be a PPPoE (it would be best for both connections to be PPPoE)
