Hi all.

I have an older UTL device (the white Kyocera model) and I also have a newer black model that a buddy is letting me use.
I have always used the older model with no issues, but when using the newer unit, it refuses to connect and constatntly gives me an invalid username or password error.
The drivers are the same, using dashboard V2, one connects, the other just refuses to, what am I doing wrong?

Does iBurst block certain UTID's from usage on certain contracts? Can one only use the device supplied with the contract to connect?

Any help would be appreciated...

Hi there

A UTID number of a device is allocated to an account. You cannot use your user name and password on a device that is not under your account.

Sorry

Hi, thanks for the prompt response, any way to add another device to an account?
