Another issue was isolated and repaired on a upstream provider.

PS : Is iburst gonna replace my laptop if i lose my cool after another disconnect and throw my laptop out the window?

Level3 still with high ping. WoW ingame ping is 600-650ms, Ventrillo is fine.

Will continue to monitor during the evening. Mostly likely degrade more during the evening as usual.

My friend using MTNBusiness (Verizon) is not having any problems at the moment.

No comment at the moment as 25 man guild run is cancelled . Maybe try get a invite for VOA25 or OS25 and check. Will let you know as soon as i run a 25m again.
 
Best test is on weeknights, weekends are not too busy and not much 25-mans around.

I know, something is really causing massive congestion and high latency between 8-12 PM on weeknights and it wasnt like this 2 weeks ago. As I said before MTNBusiness is not having these issues at all. Would like to use them instead of Saix but I have no choice in that :(.

Dear IBurst..

Please can you get the wow / saix issue under control.

I closed down my Vodacom 3G contract recently because IBurst was giving me a better connection than the 3G contract for WoW Gaming, now it seems the inverse is occuring.

I am indeed only one subscriber as are many others using these forums but if more of your client base and subscribers start getting unhappy they will begin looking at alternate service providers as well as notify / advice friends,family etc to stay away from IBurst. Please try and get these issues resolved as soon as possible.
 
I agree, I cant go on like this for much longer. I have not been able to use iBurst for 2 weeks now for what I bought it for.
 
hi guys. I am waiting for a response from the tickets we have logged with the upstream guys. I have requested a solution ponto. Unfortunately the upstream guys are still investigating. I requested a ticket on Saturday.
 
Virtually unplayable today, another ruined day. Setting at 750ms on average, worse than last night

Disconnecting with 3000-6000ms

Has to leave raid disconnecting too much, this is getting ridiculous :(
