MTN Product Question: BIS vs BISBES

Hi,

I have an Anytime 500 package with included BIS @ R60 per month.

If in 3 months time, I change jobs where they require me connected to the BES server aswell, would it be possible for MTN to change my INCLUDED BIS to the BISBES service and what would be the additional cost (if any?)
 
These services are activated on the switch on a per product basis, so you cannot convert fro one service to another, you can fax them a letter requesting that the BIS service be removed at the end of the billing month, and BES added, last time i checked BISBES, was obsolete and exists only for legacy clients, its just called BES (Blackberry exchange service) which includes the (Blackberry Internet service)
 
Thanks for the response...but I will try make my question more clear.

Currently, I pay R599 per month on Anytime 500 with INCLUDED BIS.

If I now require BES (or BISBES if applicable) is it still included in my R599 or are they going to charge me extra? If so, how much extra?
 
Perhaps this is a question 1555 or 808 can answer? But my guess is it will be extra as you can't cancel the BIS attached to a contract (unless you added it by yourself). I think BES service costs around R120 but I could be wrong.
 
BIS Service isnt attached to the 24 month contract in terms of payback (ie. Time To Profitability) , it is attached however as a mandatory service (like CLI Mandatory), Therefore you should be able to "upgrade" this service to the more expensive BES, just remember its not really an upgrage, its a deactivation of BIS and the activation of BES, remember to request the deact on the last day of the billing cycle, and the activation on the first day of the new billing cycle.
